The Shoppes at Montage Mountain continues its forward progress as a premium lifestyle center in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton market. In its growth in the entertainment and food services, Dave & Buster’s opened just over a year ago and now has outperformed their sales expectations. Dave & Buster’s completed and opened a big “eatertainment” — a restaurant concept of 19,336 square feet onsite at The Shoppes at Montage Mountain. Highly publicized as a leader in up-and-coming markets, the area’s strong analytics drove Dave & Buster’s to the shopping center. It is now one of the best performers in its portfolio and a significant destination for families to enjoy all the entertainment and food choices. Further tenant growth has been accomplished in the last three months with two additional users opening soon in over 20,000 square feet to further develop the retail mix at this cut above the ordinary open-air center.
