Cabinda — The deputy governor of Cabinda for the Political and Social Sector, Alberto Paca, on Friday asked the graduates to bet on creativity, with initiatives that contribute to the development of society.
Speaking in the act that marked the award of diplomas to the new graduates of the Universidad Onze de Novembro (UON), Alberto Paca defended that not only should be lived from employability, but rather stimulate entrepreneurship as one of the means to create wealth and socio-economic well-being of the country and the province in particular.
